Attention 2020-21 athletes, now is the time to register for the fall, winter and spring seasons on FinalForms.  Parents need to create an account first at FinalForms and students will then be prompted to complete the process.  In order to try out and practice with a team, athletes must be registered and have an OHSAA physical on file.
