Maumee playing in back to back days, responded well after a big loss the day before to Perrysburg, however, still fell short to Liberty Center 53-41. Maumee playing short-handed with two starters out until Next Friday and another player missing the game, played hard and with a lot of passion.

After coming back from that long layoff, Maumee is playing 17 games in a 38-day stretch.
The resilience of this team is great to see. These student/athletes play with a lot of passion and intensity under these unique circumstances.

Leading the way in points was sophomore, Michael Dembski with 12 points (3 rebounds in a season-high 29 minutes), RJ McCoy Jr. with 8 points (3 rebounds in a season-high 27 minutes of play), sophomore Caelyn Crowley with 6 points, Reed Gieger with 6 points (5 rebounds in a season-high 31 minutes of play) and Michael Pacer with 6 points (a season-high 8 rebounds).

JV improved to 5-1 with a 39-32. The Freshman team lost by 1 point.
